PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
PayPal payment is expected at time of purchase. Buyer pays all shipping costs including optional insurance coverage. I ship within 2 business days. I am always happy to answer any questions regarding my products or services.
RETURN POLICY
I strive to keep the highest level of customer service. If the item(s) is not as described when you receive it, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to make arrangements for the return. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the original packing slip included.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT
I know that every penny counts and I want to help you save money on shipping charges whenever possible. Because I sell a variety of different items and I want you to receive your purchases safe and sound, I only combine shipping if the items can be packed and shipped safely together. Packing a large, heavy item with a small, fragile item will usually result in breakage no matter how carefully it's packed. Due to the nature of both jewelry and clothing, these products can ALWAYS be combined. Please take safety into account when requesting combined shipping on fragile items. ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
In order to give you the most accurate shipping quote, please contact me for shipping charges. The charges calculated in my auctions and store listings are for UNITED STATES buyers only and DO NOT apply for international shipments. PLEASE NOTE: I declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods on all customs forms. I WILL NOT mark the item as a gift or lower the value on the customs declaration. All applicable customs charges and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
I will gladly ship to all 50 US States, Canada, South America, Europe and Australia. I do not ship to any Asian Countries at this time.
